We are looking for an account manager/customer success who has the potential to become our next VP of Sales in the next 6-18 months. If you are looking for the next step in your career, now is the time!

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for customers, acting as their internal advocate and as the liaison between the customer and internal teams, including Customer Success and Product.
  • Collaborate with the product & engineering team to develop tailored growth plans for the accounts in your portfolio and ensures the customer meets their success metrics.
  • Own the relationship with your customer portfolio, including communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis and in response as required, while establishing deep and wide relationships across the organizations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with executives in video game studios and publishers around the world
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customers & prospect feedback

You have:

  • Experience working in the gaming industry (working for or selling to studios)
  • 1-2 years of experience as an account manager or sales role (business development or account executive) in a B2B environment (ideally SaaS technology).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • An ability to deftly manage timelines, priorities, and expectations, both on a customer-by-customer basis, as well as across your portfolio.
  • Gone above and beyond for clients and can speak to the resulting quantitative and qualitative success from your efforts.

  • Worked in the gaming industry: 5 years (mandatory)
  • B2B Sales: 5 years (preferred)
