Join the cutting-edge world of gaming technology! Our innovative startup, Edgegap, is seeking a seasoned Partnership Manager to play a key role in building and managing our partner program.

 We are at the forefront of the gaming industry, and this is an exciting opportunity to create a partner network from the ground up. Be a driving force in establishing strategic relationships with partners (including XDS, technology publishers) who will act as distributors for our platform and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner program from inception, establishing guidelines, incentives, and performance metrics.

  • Identify and onboard new partners, cultivating relationships that align with our business goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive necessary support, resources, and training.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights for continuous program improvement.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align partner initiatives with overall company objectives.

  • Travel as needed worldwide to meet with potential and existing partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management within the video game development market.

  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing partner programs.

  • In-depth understanding of the gaming industry landscape and market trends.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Basic understand of game development cycles

  • The candidate must be based in North America, and able to travel to Edgegap’s HQ once a quarter.
